Little Deer Airport (ICAO: 16FA) is a private general aviation airstrip located near Ochopee, Florida, in Collier County. It sits within or adjacent to the vast Big Cypress National Preserve area, one of the most remote and ecologically sensitive regions in the United States. The facility serves private and recreational pilots operating in the area, providing access to the surrounding wetlands and wilderness. As a small, private-use airstrip, it is not open to the general public without prior permission from the owner or operator. No commercial airline services, passenger terminals, or scheduled flights operate from this location. It is a simple, unpaved or minimally developed strip typical of remote Florida backcountry airfields.
