Beauvechain Air Base (ICAO: EBBE) is a military airfield operated by the Belgian Air Component, located in the municipality of Beauvechain in Walloon Brabant, Belgium. It serves as one of the principal bases for Belgian military aviation and has historically been home to jet training and tactical flying units. The base is not open to commercial or general civil aviation and has no public passenger terminal facilities. It has hosted various NATO exercises and training activities over the decades, reflecting Belgium's commitments within the alliance. Beauvechain is particularly associated with advanced jet pilot training for the Belgian Air Component, and aircraft such as the Alpha Jet have operated from the base. The airfield maintains a low public profile consistent with its strictly military mission.
