Sleap Airfield (ICAO: EGCV) is a small general aviation aerodrome located near the village of Sleap in Shropshire, England, approximately 10 miles north of Shrewsbury. It operates primarily as a base for light aircraft, flying clubs, and private pilots, with a grass and hard runway surface serving the local aviation community. The airfield is home to the Shropshire Aero Club, one of the longest-established flying clubs in the region, and offers flight training, recreational flying, and aircraft maintenance services. It does not handle scheduled commercial passenger services. Sleap has a notable wartime history, having been used as a Royal Air Force station during World War II, and retains some of the original infrastructure from that era. Today it operates under Class G uncontrolled airspace and is open to visiting light aircraft.
