Kunovice Airport (IATA: UHE, ICAO: LKKU) is a small regional airport located in Kunovice, near Uherské Hradiště in the South Moravian area of the Czech Republic. It primarily serves general aviation, private flights, and occasional charter operations rather than scheduled commercial airline services. The airport is situated close to the Let Kunovice aircraft manufacturing facility, which produces light aircraft and has historically been central to the area's aviation identity. The airfield features a paved runway capable of handling smaller aircraft and light turboprops. Due to its limited infrastructure and small catchment area, Kunovice does not operate as a major commercial hub. Travelers seeking extensive airline connections typically use Brno–Tuřany Airport or Vienna International Airport as the nearest major gateways.
